The term well-being has been applied in many ways. Although there might be different views on what well-being at work encompasses. We at Lets Talk Tough like to think of it as an active process through which employees become aware of, and make choices toward, a more rewarding work experience.

Most Organisations these days realise that happy, healthy people perform better, achieve better results, work better together and adapt better to change. there are also significant costs where a business does not pay attention to the well-being of its employees. however well-being is not for businesses to give but individual employees to find.
