Mental Toughness is seen as key to developing Leadership and achieving sustainable High Performance at work. It is also crucial in dealing with stress, anxiety and burnout.
Our Mental Toughness programmes are generally structured around the 4C model of Mental Toughness developed by Professor Peter Clough, professor of applied psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University and a pioneer on research into mental toughness.
Workshops are always informative, engaging and in particular aimed at helping to develop practical strategies that make a difference.
We are also accredited to administer the MTQ (mental toughness questionnaire). The MTQ assessments are reliable and well-validated psychometric measures, which are easy to use and the results are simple to understand and analyse. The results of which can significantly help individuals pinpoint specific areas for development.
