Lets Get Tough

Coming in April 2020

Based on our successful individual Mental Toughness Development programmes developed for amateur / age group tri-athletes as well as for school children, we are launching Let’s Get Tough a membership area where you get access to a monthly programme of ideas, activities, and actions that you can take to develop your Mental Toughness, build Resilience and find Well-Being. Each day has a 10-20 minute activity to accomplish based on the 4C model of Mental Toughness and the SEPSIO Well-Being framework.
